Out of the gate, let's all be certain that today, recreational possession, use, manufacture, or sale of marijuana is illegal in Florida. So if you're caught with THC in any form, be it plant, coil, chewable, or other, and if it's not bona fide medicinal, you're gonna have a problem. In order to lawfully possess any THC product in Florida, it must be medicinal marijuana. It must be legitimately purchased from a licensed dispensary pursuant to a bona fide prescription, and this can only be lawfully accomplished by somebody who possesses a valid medicinal marijuana card. So if you've jumped through all of the legal and medicinal hoops, if you've acquired both your prescription and your med Mara card, well then you're good to go. You can walk right into your local dispensary and you can buy whatever it is that they're going to sell you within the parameters of your prescription. As is the case with any prescription medication, a Florida medicinal marijuana card and the prescription does not give you carte blanche to buy unlimited supplies of whatever THC product you want. Just like with a pharmacy and any other prescription, the marijuana dispensary and your medical marijuana prescription are going to have limitations. Still, if you're legally and medicinally cleared, you're free to buy and possess all of the Zombie Killer OG, Poisoned Dwarfs, Spicy White Devil, Triple Afghans Lamb, or whatever other cartridge you wish.
