Hi everyone! In this video, I will show you how to create a payment enabled form for your custom orders and donations using Web Start's form builder application. So, I've created this custom order form and I've placed it on my website. Let me show you how I did it in the Web Start's page editor view. The first thing you'll want to do is click on the apps tab. The next thing you'll need to do is select the form builder from the apps panel. And I like to name my form first, so I click on "Untitled Form" and I can say "Custom Order". You can name it whatever you'd like. The next thing is just to put in a description, and I'm going to choose "Choose your product options". Jump back over to the "Add a Field" tab, and then add the fields that you would like to appear in your form. I'm asking for my customer's name, email address, phone number, and then I'm adding the payment option so I can actually accept payment to my PayPal account directly through this form. Let me show you how to set that up. Now click on the "Change Payment Settings" and then enter your PayPal email address along with your item description. I'm going to say "This is a custom order, enter your item description here". Whatever you want to put in there, you can. And I'm going to charge a fixed price, which means that when they place this order, they're going to have to pay me the amount that I set, which is $100 for this demonstration. If you choose variable amount, you can actually allow them to enter whatever amount they would like. However, that's usually only applicable when asking for a donation or something...
