Instructions and Help about Will Form 2220 Text

Music. Hi, this is Mike Haber. Thank you for asking me what voyeurism is in Florida. Common synonyms for the word voyeur are peeping tom and pervert. Voyeurism is loosely defined as secretly spying on another while they are engaged in intimate behavior, such as getting undressed or during some form of sexual activity. In Florida, you violate statute number 810.14 if you are a voyeur. You are considered a voyeur if you secretly observe another with a lewd, lascivious, or indecent intent while the person being observed had a reasonable expectation of privacy. In Florida, the terms lewd, lascivious, and indecent intent all mean a wicked, lustful, unchaste, licentious, or sensual intent on the part of the person engaging in the Act. If you are convicted of voyeurism in Florida, you have committed a first-degree misdemeanor punishable by up to 364 days in jail. However, if you have two prior voyeurism convictions, then a third conviction will be considered a third-degree felony punishable by up to five years in prison. Thank you for your question. I appreciate you asking it, and I invite you to ask me more. Please remember that at Michael A. Haber PA, it's all about reasonable doubt. If you like this video, please subscribe. We'll be posting more. Music.
